Its VRM range enables EHR to offer a large-area high-pressure water cleaning machine with an unbeatable combination of high performance and versatility. With our modular concept, the high-performance cleaning machine can be flexibly adjusted for specific needs. Optionally, it can also be fitted with high-pressure working devices for specialized cleaning tasks. The robust VRM is thus perfectly suited for a variety of demanding cleaning tasks in urban areas, road construction, road cleaning but also for use at airports. The fully hydrostatic drive system and the electronic control ensure its efficient operation and a convenient handling. The VRM range is mounted on carrier vehicles with 2 axles or more.

Drive system

The VRM features a continuous hydrostatic travel, blower and water pump drive. A robust electronic CAN bus control system ensures a smooth, load-independent continuous working, blower and water pump speed.

This system offers the great advantage that no auxiliary engine is required to drive the devices, as all devices are operated by the engine of the carrier vehicle. Thus, operation of the diesel engine is highly economical.

Dirt container & water container

The highly corrosion-resistant dirty water tank made of stainless steel (V2A) has a capacity of up to 12 m³. The hydraulically operated rear door is equipped with an automatic vertical and horizontal lock to ensure sufficient tightness.

The standard version of the container features a freshwater volume of up to 5.400 litre. It is divided between two interconnected water containers. To improve weight distribution, one water container is integrated in the dirt tank. The containers are made from corrosion-resistant V2A stainless steel.

Operation and control

The VRM is operated from the ergonomic control panel and the additional control panel in the driver's cab. The assignment of the control panels is determined in cooperation with the customer in order to ensure that operation is as intuitive as possible

Front wash bar

The front wash bar is a two-part high-pressure wash bar. The individual wash bars can be continuously moved backward and forward.

The front wash bar’s height can be continuously adjusted by approx. 100 mm. To extend the lateral working area, the front wash bar can be continuously moved by 450 mm to the right and the left by means of the integrated lateral adjustment feature. The various functions are controlled from the driver’s cab.

Radial suction blower

The radial suction blower, which is hydraulically operated via the hydrostatic drive, has a capacity of at least 32.000 m³/h. It is controlled from the control panel in the driver's cab. It is possible to continuously adjust the suction power to the respective work requirements, thus ensuring efficient operation at all times.

High-pressure surface cleaner rotocleaner

The rotocleaner has a working width of up to 2.300 mm and features an integrated direct suction device to remove the wastewater. The rotocleaner’s hydraulically operated nozzle booms ensure resource-saving and highly efficient in-depth surface cleaning. The water pressure, water quantity as well as the speed of the nozzle booms can be continuously adapted to the requirements of a specific cleaning task. A continuous lateral adjustment feature makes it possible to move the rotocleaner by 450 mm to the right or the left.

Instead of the rotocleaner, the VRM can also be fitted with a rear suction-washing system, and/or an interchangeable system.

Sweeping-suction system

The double-sided sweeping-suction system includes a gutter brush on the right and the left, a roller brush and a lateral suction nozzle on the right and the left with an integrated, separately switchable low-pressure wetting system. Due to the machine’s high suction power, simultaneous operation on both sides is also possible without any limitation.

The sweeping-suction system can also be designed as a single system, thus featuring a gutter brush and a suction nozzle on the right or the left side.
